Our Programs
Although it’s not always easy, Harmony Path Homes is available to help.
In our opinion, the first step towards a successful reunification is for parents and kids to remain together so that everyone may get the universal care and attention they require in a secure, healthy setting.
By offering a flexible and engaging range of programs, we address the broad requirements while focusing on the specific details of each person’s journey.
Our group living and blended family support programs are centered around providing individualized care to meet each client’s and family’s specific needs.
For kids, young people, and families dealing with different levels of trauma reactions, high-risk behaviors, or mental health issues, we presently provide two group home programs.
Group Living Program
For children and young people, Harmony Path Homes offers complete medical care in a secure environment. This program addresses ongoing medical or trauma responses and behaviours that children, youth and families may be experiencing.
This program provides individuals with the necessary time and resources to address complicated difficulties that may be impeding their ability to live with extended family members or in their family home, depending on the circumstances.
There are two placement choices available for the program: long term (over three months) and short term (under three months).
Family Support Program
The goal of this program is to provide families with the essential supports while they work toward reunification. The goal is to make sure that family members or parents provide stable surroundings for their children while preserving positive relationships with the people who matter most in their lives.
Our customers’ health and wellness requirements will be attended to by an on-staff family support worker, who can offer assistance with daily routines, scheduling activities, creating goals, and other areas.
We, at Harmony Path Homes, are able to offer children and young people who belong to a sibling group a place to live. In order to preserve relationships, this puts the unity first while collaborating with the family.
Everyone Deserves a Home
A house that is cozy to laugh in, inspires storytelling, is safe to sleep in, and is friendly to live in and raise children in.
In addition to being a place for teens, kids, and parents to get ongoing assistance in a loving, therapeutic, and family-focused environment, our group home is still a home.
Navigating the numerous levels of health, trauma, healing or education in a family unit is a big effort in today’s culture. However, we think that families should have our full support along the road in order to form wholesome habits, incorporate regular activities or routines, acclimate to new environments, and eventually lead fulfilling lives.
